Qmaze is a product configurator in which you can compose a customer specific product or service based on features and rules. The customer specific product features can be shown as a picture or as a 3D-model. Qmaze is a full CMS, Webshop and can be used for handling all your E-commerce activities. You can easily record all product features and rules. Your customer can prepare a quotation or order based on a logical questionnaire. Qmaze ensures that only correct quotes can be selected, always with the right price and conditions. Qmaze is fully multilingual, and contains a complete dealer portal, so that your dealers and agents can follow up and monitor their own quotes and orders. In your own organization, drawings, production documents are printed on the basis of orders and, if desired, a parts list is generated which is linked to your ERP system. Qmaze runs in the cloud, fully provided by us, or on your own web server. Quadriceps supports you in designing, setting up and maintaining your product models. Depending on your wishes, you can build and maintain these models independently after a short training, or this will be done in consultation with Quadriceps.
Qmaze has been developed with the latest Microsoft techniques. ASP.NET in combination with a Microsoft SQL server 2012 in the 'cloud' or within your own server park. Qmaze used Bootstrap for a very fast, flexible and responsive operation of the web pages.
Within Qmaze, a customer can immediately place a bid. They can also look up this offer and confirm it in a sales order. Qmaze can be integrated with your ERP system at this level. This integration can be realized on the basis of a direct database connection, a web service, an XML message or a standard text or CSV file. It is also possible to connect to your CRM system.
With the Qmaze report editor you build a quotation, where you can use all questions, options and intelligence of the product model. Each offer is therefore fully tailored to your customer's choices and unique. The quotation is available in Word, PDF, print and or Mail.
